Happy new year everyone! This weekend Iain, Xo and I went to Auntie Amy's to join her, the Vics, Mike, and 6e for dinner. We had a lot of fun and the food was AMAZING. The next day Auntie Amy and Vic joined me and Iain and Xo as we headed back to London, stopping in Chinatown for the madness and a meal before parting ways. Auntie Amy, Xo and me got stuck in a doorway where the lion came to dance, so we had a close-up view and we got showered with lettuce at the end--good luck, right?

Other news is, Xo and I are coming to visit on Thursday, so we'll be seeing the LA cousins before long. Can't wait to see you!

Paris, je t'aime....

I'm moving to Paris.

I'm not sure when, and I'm not quite sure how. But I'm moving to Paris.

So, it has long been an ambition of mine, Francophile that I am, to go and live in the beautiful country of France. Unfortunately, in order to live there, one must also work. I have therefore applied for a job at the Hilton in Paris, overlooking the Eiffel Tower (of course) and they have offered me a job working at the Front Desk. They want me to come over in March and I guess I'll be there for about a year. This is hugely exciting, terrifying and also a dream come true.

I don't know if I'll love it or hate it, but at least I will have tried. Besides, if I hate France or if France hates me, I can always come home! =)
