Did I forget anyone?
This has been prompted by the recent closing of Sam Woo, and a chat I had with Bryan about it on AIM the other day. It went like this:
B: SAM WOO CLOSEDi know i know.. i can't believe i said those words but it closed...
K: oh my god
B: RIGHT that' what i said
K: why???
B: alison called and said... i have some life altering but not life threatening news: SAM WOO CLOSED
i guess a recent health code violation shut them down and the owner didnt want to open it back up
K: ew
B: who knows but it just happened a couple days ago; family was in shock
K: WHERE WILL WE EAT?
B: ahahah i was thikning... where is grandma goin to eat
K: WE WILL STARVE!!!
B: WHERE ARE WE GETTIN DIM SUM
B: FOR THE LOVE OF GOD
B: AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
And this made me wish we were all in the same room to laugh and cry about this family tragedy.
Plus it would be nice to have all Victor's travel posts archived here, for example, and we can keep each other up to date with the babies and life and stuff. Plus plan for birthdays and things. Plus I miss you!
So I'm inviting you to post. What do you think?

Sounds good. It'll be easier than dealing with multiple email addresses, and people can subscribe to the RSS feed. Ask me if you don't know what that is, and I'll hook you up with a really nice web browser too ;)
Re: Sam Woo closing. After a brief mourning period (longer for some), we'll move on, just like we moved on from Mei Lei Wah. Just have to find out where all the employees went...

Good grief... when did this happen? Why were the far flung cousins not informed about this terrible and shocking news!!!!! Where will we (you) eat!??!!!!??? What happened to Captain Sandy? This is so weird. You know, my whole eating thing in LA revolves around memories of Sam Woo.

Anyway, I'm gonna hijack this blog thing, and continue with news about my life in general. Oh how I love to talk about myself. LOL> =)
Work has been spectacularly busy. I organised a charity Quiz Night and we raised about $1500 for charity. Not bad. It was good fun. As a result, I have been running around like the proverbial headless chicken, and so, on my day off on Monday, i slept for 18 hours. Bliss
